Fan malfunction

It sucks.trying to sell 100.00 gift certificates .tell em you calling bout fan goes dead line does. Sucks

Missing parts

Was asked for credit card info. Support person was talking on phone to other customers and mubling sales pitches, sounded sketchy. I was told he could not help until I have him the card used to purchase fan. I'm like I bought fan from dollar general, how would my card info to you?. How come the fan company could not have U.S. based customer service and just send me parts.

Missing part just purchased today August 3.

Missing 1 out 2 parts on the base of the fan. Rather then return the complete assembly I was going to just order the missing part
